At the beginning of the season, ensemble member Samuel Türksoy embarks on a musical search for love, identity, and belonging. Between longing and self-irony, between melancholy and humor, an evening unfolds that is filled with questions that resonate with us all: Where is my place? To whom do I belong? And who am I then?
With songs and chansons from the repertoire of great artists such as Georg Kreisler, Marlene Dietrich, Bodo Wartke, Hildegard Knef, Pigor & Eichhorn, and Ana Depenbusch, Samuel and pianist Julian Groller present a multifaceted program that touches the heart just as much as it tickles the funny bone.
