The Italian Chiara Uderzo received her education at Studiodanza Verona, Balletto di Verona and the Ballet Academy of the Vienna State Opera where she has been nominated for best student in 2016 and 2017. In the same year she won the 1st prize at the European Ballet Grand Prix Vienna. After her graduation in 2017 she became a member of the Junior Company of the Ballet Academy of the Vienna State Opera. Only six months later, in March 2018, she has been engaged by the Vienna State Ballet. Her repertory there comprises Odalisque in Manuel Legris' »Le Corsaire«, a bride in Pierre Lacotte's »Coppélia« and parts in George Balanchine's »Symphonie in C«, »Stravinsky Violin Concerto« and »Jewels« (Diamonds), Rudolf Nureyev‘s »The Nutcracker«, »Raymonda« and »Swan Lake«, Elena Tchernichovaʼs »Giselle«, Edward Clug’s »Peer Gynt« and William Forsythe's »Artifact Suite«.
