Christian Falcier
The Italian Christian Falcier received his training from 2017 to 2022 at the Ballet Academy of the Vienna State Opera under teachers such as Vladimir Shishov, Zsolt Tibor Elek and Christiana Stefanou. He then became a member of the youth company of the Ballet Academy of the Vienna State Opera. He gained his first stage experience in Coppélia by Pierre Lacotte and the musical Anatevka (directed by Matthias Davids) at the Vienna Volksoper as well as in Martin Schläpfer's Jamie, Rudolf Nurejew's Don Quixote and in the operetta Die Fledermaus (directed by Otto Schenk) at the Vienna State Opera. In 2019, he also danced in Florence Clerc's choreography for the Vienna Opera Ball.
Christian Falcier has been a member of the corps de ballet of the Vienna State Ballet since the 2024/25 season. He has previously performed in Martin Schläpfer's Sleeping Beauty, John Neumeier's The Lady of the Camellias, Rudolf Nureyev's Swan Lake and Christopher Wheeldon's The Winterʼs Tale.
